BPMS was established to provide quick and reliable delivery of packages, letters, and transfer of money in a matter of a few minutes and hours around the country.

Since our inception in 2005 we have been able to balance efficiency in our delivery services with cutting edge features, and a positive atmosphere with all customers.

BPMS has established branches in most major districts for receiving and delivery purposes. By special arrangements our delivery vehicles will drop most packages at their intended destinations. Arrangement can also be made with companies to pick up packages from their premises between the hours of 8:00a.m. Monday through Friday.

Staff

Our Company is staffed with personnel who have knowledge in the package and mail delivery service, and understand the concerns of customers. They have been trained to be responsive to your calls in a timely fashion; theirs aim and goal is congruent with the company’s mission and goal, that is – to satisfy the customer. As a private company we are committed to the highest standard and quality of service.

The Definition of Quality from BPMS Perspective:

In order to achieve quality, its notion has first to be clearly defined and understood. Surveys conducted among people from different walks of life provide very different definitions. From the survey it was obvious that quality means different things to different people. In the manufacturing department, clients define quality products as those which satisfy their needs. Since clients have the final say in purchasing a product, their definition is one to be considered.

Quality in Service Firms:

In the service department, as far as quality is concerned the situation leaves much to be desired. The main reasons are that in a service environment quality is not easily defined, described or measured.

As part of the quality management cycle BPMS engages in a group of activities aimed at achieving the best possible quality of service (as measured by the customers satisfaction), while meeting the volume, timing, location and cost requirements for deliveries to customer destinations. The results are used to make needed adjustments to improve quality and efficiency.
