What are your opening hours?

Opening Hours are: 8a.m. - 5p.m. from Monday through Friday.

What if the customer cannot come at 5p.m., but needs the package?

Call us at 227-0874 and we will wait up to half and hour to facilitate your pickup.

Are you opened during the lunch hour?

Yes.

Do you pickup and deliver packages?

Yes, but only to businesses. a fee of $5.50 is charges, GST inclusive.

What are your charges for delivery of items?

If my package leaves at 10.a.m, what time will it reach its destination?

Can I send my package or mail envelope C.O.D.?

Does BPMS deliver to the US Embassy?

Yes.

How secure are our packages with BPMS?

Very Secure. We understand the concerns of our clients and so does our delivery personnel; we try our best to secure and track your items until it reaches its final destination. BPMS is now installing a network to tie in all branches countrywide. this will tell the main office when and what time your package left its place of origin and where its destined to go.

Can I get a line of credit with BPMS?

Yes. All it requires is the filling out of an application form along with proof or payment history.

What if my package or envelope is lost?
